PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to be capable of simplifying a fabrication process and reducing a process time by forming a single insulation layer having insulation and bulkhead functions. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first electrodes(22) are formed on a transparent substrate(21) to have a stripe shape. An insulation layer pattern(23) is stacked on the first electrodes and the transparent substrate, and is formed at intersection with the first electrodes. A half tone pattern(24) of an insulation material is stacked on the transparent substrate between the insulation layer pattern and the first electrodes. A plurality of organic luminescence layers are formed on the first electrodes, and a plurality of second electrodes are formed on the organic luminescence layer. A trench(26) is formed on a center of the insulation layer pattern vertical to the first electrodes, and is vertical to the first electrodes.
