PRODUCTION OF BOVINE AND PORCINE FEED ADDITIVES USING MUGWORT AS MAIN INGREDIENT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bovine and porcine feed additives by using wild mugwort as a main ingredient, a subsidiary ingredient and other additives and formulating in a form of powder or a pellet is provided. The feed additives increases the growth rate of livestock and meat quality. CONSTITUTION: Leaves and stalks of mugwort(Artemisia princeps Pampan.) are mixed in a ratio of 7:3 and ground. 60% by weight of the mugwort powder is mixed with 35% by weight of wheat bran containing rice bran and 5% by weight of other additives such as vitamin A, D, E, mineral, ginseng calcium, etc. and formulated into a shape of a pellet.
