PURPOSE: A portable mobile communication instrument having a high-luminance LED(Light Emitting Diode) is provided to efficiently use a battery with a limited capacity by controlling the high-luminance LED with reference to the frequency of key signal input or the key input time. CONSTITUTION: An LED key(10) is installed in the outside of a case(20) for turning on an LED(50). A PCB(30) mounts elements for embodying a communication function and various functions. A TB(Terminal Block) port(40) is mounted on the PCB(30) and is protruded on an external surface of the case(20) for transmitting and receiving data and charging a voltage. An LED mounting portion(31) is installed at one side direction of the TB terminal(40) on the PCB(30). A light-emitting portion of the LED(50) is inserted into the case(20) in the direction of the LED mounting portion(31), and an LED hole(21) penetrated to the outside is formed in the case(20). A stopper is inserted into a port pin of the LED(50) for separating the PCB(30) and the LED(50) and adjusting the height of the light-emitting portion of the LED(50) to be suitable for the LED hole(21).
