PURPOSE: To easily receive and hold various kinds of drink containers having different diameters from the above and to stably hold the drink containers, in a cup holder device. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a main holder body 30 provided with a holding cavity 30a for receiving the drink container Y from the above, an arm body 31 rotatably assembled to the main holder body 30 on a drawing rear end side 15 of a drawer body 1 in the main holder body 30, a sub-holder body 32 rotatably assembled to the arm body 31, a first energizing means 4 for tilting the main holder body 30 according to a drawing operation of the drawer body 1, a second energizing means 5 for rotating the arm body 31 up to a prescribed standing position, and a third energizing means 6 for rotating the sub-holder body 32 in a direction separating from a surface 31a directed to a drawing front end side 14 of the drawer body 1 in the stood arm body 31.
