PURPOSE: An electro wave shield fabricating apparatus is provided to be capable of performing bending and joining processes at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower bases(100,200) are disposed so as to be spaced apart. A main fixing block(110) has an A-corresponding surface, which is fixed to the lower base(100) and is set on an upper surface of a conductive plate-type sheet(10), and a B-corresponding surface(112) corresponding to a rear part surface. The first descent block is installed at the upper base(200) so as to be elevated, and bends the rear part surface of the conductive plate-type sheet(10). The second descent block is installed at the upper base(200) so as to be elevated, and bends the both-side surface of the conductive plate-type sheet(10). A side block(140) is installed at the lower base(100) so as to be shifted and bents a joining wing into the rear part surface. A joining block(150) is installed at the lower base(100) and joins the bent joining wing with the rear part surface.
