PURPOSE: A handle or a wheel key and a lock is provided to achieve improved user convenience and prevent theft by adopting a handle key for a bicycle and automobile wheel key for an automobile. CONSTITUTION: When a user rotates, at a degree of 180, a handle key(1) in the direction opposite to the starting direction, a lock(2) is ejected from the handle and gets caught at a handle groove(3). The lock is released when rotated in the opposite direction.
