INTERFACING DEVICE HAVING REFRESH ADJUSTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: An interfacing device having a refresh adjusting function is provided to adjust picture data having a low refresh ratio to be suitable for high refresh ratio, thereby realizing high definition image display. CONSTITUTION: An interfacing device(200) is installed between a picture signal source system(100) and a display system(300). A first switching part(220) sets up an output path of picture data input at a first refresh ratio. A plurality of frame buffers(230,240) store the picture data through the output path set by the first switching part, and output the stored picture data. A second switching part(250) sets up an input path of the picture data for outputting the picture data at a second refresh ratio. A timing control part(210) controls switching operations of the first switching part and the second switching part.
