PURPOSE: A torque adjuster for a recliner spring of a seat is provided to increase torque of a spiral spring by pushing a fitting piece with a spring hook in rotating a bolt with a driver at decrease of torque of the spiral spring. CONSTITUTION: A torque adjusting device of a recliner spring is composed of a body fixed in an upper operating member(3); a bolt rotated and inserted to the body; a bolt cap fixed in the rear end of the body to restrict the bolt from being displaced backward; and a moving member having a bolt shape part inserted to the body and a nut shape part of the bolt, and the other end protruded in front of the body and integrally formed with a spring hook(9). The moving member is moved back and forth with rotating the bolt. Torque of the spiral spring is increased with pushing the fitting piece of the spiral spring by the spring hook.
