PURPOSE: A card reader device of non-contact type is provided so that data transmission rate is fast and an access control of high credit is possible satisfying ISO/IEC standard mode. CONSTITUTION: A card reader device of non-contact type includes a pre-amplifier(200) which pre-amplifies and outputs data which have been transmitted from IC card and received through an antenna(100); a constant-voltage circuit(300) which supplies standard signals for converting the received signals to pulse form; an amplitude limiting amplifier(400) which filters the signals output from the pre-amplifier(200) and compares the amplified signals and the standard signals supplied by the constant-voltage circuit(300) and converts the received signals to pulse form; a valid signal perceiver(500) which detects valid signals from pulse signals which are output from the amplitude limiting amplifier(400); a data demodulator (600) which demodulates data from pulse signals which are output from the amplitude limiting amplifier(400); a clock generator(800) which generates standard clock which is necessary when data transmitted from the IC card are received or data are transmitted to the IC card; a controller(900) which determines normalcy of received signals according to signals output from the valid signal perceiver(500) and processes received data which are demodulated by the data demodulator (600) in case received signals are valid and outputs transmission data to be transmitted to the IC card; and an amplifier and modulator(1000) which amplifies and modulates transmission signals output from the controller(900) and transmits them to the antenna(100).
