PURPOSE: A preparation method of health drink using the fermentation of organic and inorganic nutrients of a rock is provided, which can be preserved for a long time and is useful for the recovery, maintenance and promotion of health. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of health drink using fermentation of rock material is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) dipping 1 kg of serpentine, mica or phlogopite in 500-800 g of mineral water; (ii) after 2-3 days adding microorganism(penicillium 2g, yeast 3g) and maintaining at 35-40°C and adding ethanol 500-800g and aging for a week; (iii) obtaining an acid organic compound with an alcohol concentration of 70-90° and aging for a week again in a fermenter which is sealed by alkali rock; and (iv) leaving the fermented product of pH 7.3 for two weeks.
