PURPOSE: To provide a screen printing plate, which is equipped with a highly sharply patternized intercepting member, which can form a printed image with high resolution and is excellent in durability. CONSTITUTION: The screen printing plate is equipped with a permeable member having a permeability to ink and an intercepting member for intercepting the ink by being adhered to the permeable member. The intercepting member is formed by delivering fluid intercepting material to the permeable member on the permeable member or to an intermediate transferring body interposed. In a preferred embodiment the intercepting material is delivered by an ink jetting method.
