PURPOSE: An apparatus for dissolving oxygen into drinking water is provided to supply water useful to the human body by dissolving a large amount of oxygen into living water such as potable water or water for showering. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for dissolving oxygen into drinking water comprising filters(10) for filtering foreign materials from water supplied, discharge line(30) installed in rear of the filters(10) to discharge purified water to the outside, compressor(40) for supplying high pressurized air, gas separation part(45) connected to the compressor(40) to separate oxygen from the supplied air, and oxygen supply nozzles(50,55) connected to the gas separation part(45) to supply oxygen into the purified water, the apparatus comprises pipe reduction part(33) installed inside the discharge line(30) to reduce inner diameter of the discharge line(30), and vortex forming part(35) installed in rear of the pipe reduction part(33) to rapidly increase the inner diameter of the discharge line(30), wherein the oxygen supply nozzle(55) is connected to the pipe reduction part(33) or vortex forming part(35), wherein the apparatus further comprises mixing part(39) on the inner circumferential surface of which a plurality of prominence and depression(38) are formed in rear of the vortex forming part(35), a tank(25) installed between the filters(10) and the discharge line(30) to store water purified by the filters(10), the other oxygen supply nozzle(50) installed at the lower part of the tank(25) and connected to the gas separation part(45), a diaphragm(65) horizontally installed inside the tank(25) in the upper part of the oxygen supply nozzle(50), and on the upper part of which a concave oxygen residence part(67) is formed.
