PURPOSE: A belt for a rear seat of a vehicle is provided to improve the appearance by reducing the output of the seat belt with an elastic body in not using the seat belt, and to improve the convenience by pulling the seat belt conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat belt is composed of a bracket(100) combined with a vehicle body; a buckle(200); a webbing(300) combined with the bracket and the buckle; and an elastic body(400) extended and combined with the side of the webbing. The elastic body is extended with pulling the buckle in placing the passenger in the rear seat cushion, and the passenger is fixed in the seat by buckling the tongue plate. The buckle is returned between the rear seat back and the rear seat cushion with putting the webbing by the elastic body. Appearance and convenience are improved with modifying the structure of the rear seat belt.
