BANK PROTECTION WORK USING PREFABRICATED STEEL FRAME

PURPOSE: A bank protection work using a prefabricated steel frame is provided to execute works rapidly and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: The bank protection work using a prefabricated steel frame comprises the steps of: forming a base, where the lowermost end of a bank protection(10) is installed, evenly by cutting a surface soil layer along a contour line; installing a steel frame(20) on the base; filling up the inside of the steel frame(20), and a space between the steel frame(20) and the cutting plane with filler(80); piling an additional steel frame(20) on the steel frame(20) filled with filler(80); filling up the inside of the piled steel frame(20), and a space between the steel frame(20) and the cutting plane with filler(80); installing the steel frame and piling steel frames by forming the contour of a hexahedron whose horizontal section forms a parallelogram by bolting up frames composed of shape steels mutually; and installing screens which prevent the filler from passing through more than one side of the outside of the bank protection except the upper side of the hexahedron.
