PURPOSE: A Bluetooth transmission circuit is provided to linearize an output of a power amplifying unit and easily cancel a harmonic component by compensating the output of the power amplifier by using a pre-distortion unit. CONSTITUTION: A pre-distortion unit(10) receives an RF(Radio Frequency) input signal, changes a gain and a phase according to a DC voltage(V+), and outputs a signal opposite to the change of the gain and phase of a power amplifier(20). The power amplifier(20) receives an output signal of the pre-distortion unit(10), amplifies the output signal of the pre-distortion unit(10), and generates an output power with linearity. The pre-distortion unit(10) has a capacitor(C1) for receiving the RF input signal at its one side, and an inductor(L1) and a resistor(R1) for mutually connecting in serial and connecting between the DC voltage(V+) and the other side of the capacitor(C1). The pre-distortion unit(10) has a capacitor(C2) and a Schottky diode(D1) for connecting to a connection point of the resistor(R1) and the capacitor(C1) at their each one side and mutually connecting at the their other sides, an inductor(L2) for connecting between the connection points of the capacitor(C2) and the Schottky diode(D1) and the ground, and a capacitor(C3) for connecting to a connection point of the inductor(L2), the capacitor(C2), and the Schottky diode(D1) at its one side.
