PURPOSE: A biological-biodegradation adsorbent for removing oils and other hydrocarbon compounds from environment polluted by oils and other hydrocarbon compounds through adsorption and biodegradation is provided, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The biological-biodegradation adsorbent comprises (a) 100 weight parts of excessively dried peat moss; and (b) 2 to 7 weight parts of matrix to which an oil degradable microorganism preparation is fixed, wherein the peat moss is prepared by excessively drying the mixture after adding surfactant to peat moss containing water content of 30 to 50%, the excessively dried peat moss contains water content of 7 to 9%, the excessively dried and prepared peat moss contains water content of 7 to 9%, 2 to 6 weight parts of the surfactant is added to 100 weight parts of the peat moss having water content of 30 to 50%, the peat moss is collected from a brown color forming layer of an intermediate layer part of 1 meter or less from the ground, 2 to 5 weight parts of the oil degradable microorganism preparation is fixed to 100 weight parts of the matrix, the matrix is veinstone powder having a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 150 to 200 meshes, the surfactant is an alcohol based nonionic surfactant which is prepared by refining caster oil using alcohol, and the microorganism is Bacillus sp. LU1 strain having oil resolving power. |
