PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating an EC web site using a goods appraisal and a comment are provided to offer the objective and diverse information to a member to buy goods, to enable a buyer to the additional information for the goods, and to enable the member registering the goods appraisal to make profit by sharing the information of the member. CONSTITUTION: An Internet user connects and logs in to a web site(S201,S202). The Internet user decides the purchase of the goods by inquiring the registered goods appraisal(S203,S204). If the user buying and receiving the goods re-appraises the goods appraisal contents influencing on a buying decision(S206), an information commission is given to the member registering the goods appraisal(S207). A part of the information commission is provided and accumulated to the comment having the goods appraisal(S209). The goods transaction information, a goods buyer and the re-appraisal are stored in a server(S210).
