PURPOSE: A cargo fixing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to fasten cargo firmly by preventing separation of the fixing unit or loss with moving and fastening the fixing unit, and to prevent noise by installing the fixing unit with a spring. CONSTITUTION: A cargo fixing device for a vehicle is composed of a guide rail(2) having both ends inserted to a cover(3), a guide groove(1), compression protrusions(5,5') at both sides and plural locking grooves arranged in the rear part; and a slider(6) inserted to the guide rail with sliding and contacted to compression protrusions. An insertion port is recessed in the rear part of the slider, and a spring is mounted in the insertion port. A ball is inserted to the slider and a hook(4) is fitted to the guide groove. Cargo is fixed firmly with moving and fastening the fixing unit firmly. Noise is reduced with elastically mounting the fixing unit by the spring.
