PURPOSE: Provided is a water-reactive adhesive composition for puzzle, which can previously form an adhesive layer on back side or both sides of board(on which picture or photography is to be attached), and rapidly and conveniently manufacture an puzzle, and thus substantially decrease waiting time of consumers. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 45-55 wt% of water, 10-20 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, 25-35 wt% of vinyl acetate or ethylene vinyl acetate monomer, 2-5 wt% of emulsifier, and 1-3 wt% of catalyst. The composition is previously applied on the surface of the board to form an adhesive layer on the board, and reacts with water to show an adhesion if water is sprayed or sparged on the board having an adhesive layer. And the board can be conveniently attached to the other board, photography and picture without applying separate adhesive.
