SEALING ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The sealing arrangement, for a pipe socket (1) consisting of a pipe (2) of concrete or some other hardenable material, and a protruding steel collar (6), comprises at least one sealing ring (11) which is made of an elastomer material and is activatable. An Independent claim is also included for a method for producing the proposed sealing arrangement. It involves fixing of the sealing ring to the inner surface of the steel collar, followed by casting of the pipe so that after hardening of the pipe material the collar is integrated into the pipe.
