PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for toddler walking and child exercise having a practical and new structure which enables toddlers to learn walking merrily as well as can be used as an apparatus for child exercise. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for toddler walking and child exercise comprises a body part(30) including a base frame(10) rested on bottom plane, a plurality of rollers installed horizontally so as to be separated by the predetermined space on the base frame(10) and a conveyor belt(20) which is installed to circulate a constant track winding on the roller and driven according to the movement of walker thereon; a connecting part(40) including a connecting frame(42) extended upwards from one end of the base frame(10); and a head part(50) including a head frame(51) bound to upper end of the connecting part(40) and a display part which is installed on the head frame(51) to provide images to users.
