LIFT FOR MOUNTING ELECTRIC BOOSTER ELECTRODE ROD

PURPOSE: A lift is provided to allow an electric booster electrode rod to be mounted on a bottom surface of a glass melting furnace in an easy and convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: A lift comprises a base frame(10); a main table(20) disposed in a horizontal direction over the base frame; an elevating unit for elevating the main table with respect to the base frame; an X-Y table(50) mounted on the main table in such a manner that the X-Y table moves in the direction perpendicular to the main table; and a bearing holder(60) mounted on the X-Y table, which supports an electrode rod(E) to be rotatable. The elevating unit includes a pantograph(30) constituted by a plurality pair of links(31,32,33) assembled into an X-shape, wherein the pantograph has a bottom assembled to the base frame and a top assembled to the main table; and a cylinder(40) for extending/contracting the pantograph.
