摘要 PURPOSE: A system for forming a three-dimensional shape is provided to accurately analyze a duplicate target by using a plurality of cameras and improve speed and accuracy of duplication. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first cameras are installed at an upper part centering on a duplicate target. A plurality of second cameras(10a-10e) are installed on an X-Y plane at equally divided angles centering on the duplicate target. A plurality of image processors(12a-12e) convert video data photographed by the first and the second cameras into digital data. A three-dimensional processor(25) generates a three-dimensional model by using the processed data. A rotating unit(70) in which a duplicate is installed and rotates. An X-Y table(80) moves the rotating unit on the X-Y plane. A vertical unit(85) moves the X-Y table up and down. A plurality of fixed turrets(40) are movably installed around the duplicate for grinding. A robot(50) performs 3 to 6 axes operation for grinding the duplicate. A robot turret(55) is mounted at the robot for grinding. A recognizing sensor(32) is installed in the rotating unit for recognizing a shape and size of the duplicate. A loader(60) loads and unloads the duplicate on the rotating unit. A loader sensor(34) senses the duplicate for gripping the duplicate. A controller(30) controls operations of the vertical unit, the X-Y table, the rotating unit, turrets, the robot, the robot turret, and the loader. A control part(20) receives three-dimensional model data for processing the duplicate through the controller.
