PURPOSE: A system and a method for a complex culture center service providing contents are provided to enable a user to use various desired contents easily without an individual registration procedure and without worrying about the exposure of the personal information. CONSTITUTION: Membership store PCs(10a,10b,10c) receive a selection for the desired contents from the user and transmits the certification information if the user selects the contents. A complex culture center web server(30) receives the certification information from the cooperated store PC(10a), certificates the cooperated store PC(10a) by comparing the certification information with the previously stored information, and connects the cooperated store PC(10a) with a content providing web server(40) providing the contents selected by the user if the certification is succeeded. The content providing web server(40) provides the contents selected by the user to the cooperated store PC(10a) after certifying the cooperated store PC(10a) by receiving the certification of the cooperated store PC(10a) from the complex culture center web server(30).
