PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health drink which is readily drinkable by suppressing bean odor characteristic to soybean milk and bean odor characteristic to soybean and can lower blood glucose level. SOLUTION: This health beverage is composed of (A) soya milk in an amount of 3-15 mass% expressed in terms of solid content, (B) albumen in an amount of 0.2-8 mass% expressed in terms of solid content, (C) a sweetener in an amount of 0.1-5 mass% expressed in terms of solid content and (D) the balance of water (Wherein, A+B+C+D=100 mass%). |
