PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is formed of a laminate containing at least a base (a backing layer), a foam layer and a printing ink layer, which has excellent performance such as foamability, curl resistance, scratch resistance and the like, and which has excellent safety and environmental suitability without generating a harmful gas such as a chlorine series or the like even by baking. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is obtained by heating and foaming the laminate obtained by laminating at least a foamable resin layer 2 and the printing ink layer 3 on the base (backing layer) 1. In this sheet, the layer 2 is formed of a resin composition obtained by adopting an ethylene copolymer resin obtained by blending a copolymer resin of an ethylene and various types of acrylate or methacrylate or these mixed resin, or blending them with ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin as main components, and adding it with at least a foaming agent in such a manner that an MFR of the ethylene copolymer resin is set to 4.5 or less and its copolymer content is set to 17 to 24 wt.%.
