PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety rope fixing device capable of easily fixing one end of a safety rope to the flat place of a deck roof, a wall skeleton, or the like in a short time at a low cost. SOLUTION: This fixing device comprises a fixing device body 2 comprising a ring 11 fixed to the upper surface of a fixing piece 10 having two or more mounting holes 12 and an elastic seal layer 13 provided on the lower surface of the fixing piece 10; and a fixture 3 such as nail. Otherwise, the ring is provided on a clamp body fixable to the wall skeleton by pinching both side surfaces thereof. Accordingly, one end of the safety rope 53 can be easily fixed in a short time at a low cost only by fixing this device to the flat place of the deck roof or to the wall skeleton by nipping, and connecting the one end side off the safety rope 53 to the ring 11.
