PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat mounting structure hardly interfering with a pillion seat at the time of mounting and capable of enhancing a freedom of design at a rear side of a main seat. SOLUTION: A front part of the pillion seat 16 placed on a rear fender 13 at a rear side of the main seat 15 is mounted to a rear fender 13. A mounting stay 600 is mounted to the rear fender 13 and both right/left side parts of the pillion seat 16 are supported by this mounting stay 600.
