PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working position-indicating tool capable of easily and surely indicating planting positions and/or working positions for vegetable seedlings, or the like. SOLUTION: A longer element 2 used in this working position-indicating tool 1A is in the form of a sequence of a plurality of rubber bands 20, therefore a plurality of knots as 1st indicators 21 are arranged longitudinally at specified intervals; consequently, if the longer element 2 is stretched so that the above intervals coincide with intervals proper for planting seedlings or sowing seeds, positions at which the seedlings are to be planted or the seeds are to be sown are indicated by the 1st indicators 21, thus enabling the seedlings to be planted or the seeds to be sown at proper intervals without requiring much labor.
