PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a large-size bearing member to receive a thrust force acting on an impeller shaft successfully. SOLUTION: A water jet propeller is provided with a stator 31 forming a flow passage 18, an impeller 32 arranged rotatably inside the stator 31, and the impeller shaft 35 connected with a rear part of the impeller 32 supported rotatably by the bearing members 61, 62 provided in the front and rear of a bearing part 33 arranged in the stator, and the bearing member 62 on a rear side receiving a thrust force of the impeller shaft 35 among the front and rear bearing members 61, 62 is constructed by the larger-size bearing member than that of the front one. Both of the front and rear bearing members 61, 62 are assembled into the bearing 33 from its behind.
