PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing and drying device with an excellent function and outer appearance, by which several hats are stored in response to the shapes and dried without deformation when they are washed. SOLUTION: A lower projection arranged in a supporter is inserted to an insertion hole provided in a base, an upper projection arranged on the upper surface of the supporter is inserted to a hat receiver having the insertion hole and, then, a flange receiver corresponding to the shapes of the flange of optional hats is disposed in the hat receiver.
