PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a driving wheel, with a fail safe function to prevent getting in serious condition even if, during turning of a vehicle, a large moment load acts on a device and looseness occurs to a coupling part. SOLUTION: An outside joint member 14 is formed in a hollow state, the outside joint member 14 is internally fitted in a hub wheel 1, and a cured uneven part 5 is formed at the inside diameter of the hub wheel 1 by a fit-in part between the hub wheel 1 and the outside joint member 14, and by expanding the diameter of a shaft part 17 of the outside joint member 14 and cutting it through the uneven part 5, the hub wheel 1 and the outside joint member 14 are integrally formed, and further an end part 17c of the shaft part 17 is radially externally plastically deformed to form a caulked part 18 to fix the two members by a caulked part 18.
