PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter with which the engagement and disengagement state of an implement clutch mechanism and the rise and fall state of an implement can accurately be judged without looking back. SOLUTION: This sulky rice transplanter is equipped with an implement 7 liftably connected to the rear of a traveling machine body 1, an implement lifting and lowering cylinder 12 for lifting and lowering the implement 7, a planting clutch mechanism to be placed in an implement power transmission path and an operation panel 24 arranged ahead an operator's seat 6. The operation panel 24 is furnished with state display parts 33-35 for indicating the engagement and disengagement state of the planting clutch mechanism and the rise and fall state of the implement 7.
