PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front panel structure in which a hand rail which can be held as a support in a standing operation is installed and lowering of visibility of a meter panel by the hand rail can be avoided and facilitation of build, reduction of production cost and lightening of the front panel are carried out. SOLUTION: The front panel 11 having a vertical wall 20 and a hand rail 21 disposed in the upper part is arranged in a standing state, and blow molding of the hand rail 21 is carried out in a state in which a meter box 33 for storing the meter panel 9 is provided and the meter box 33 is constituted of an upper part 34 integrally formed with the hand rail 21 and a lower part 36 integrally formed with the upper part 34 through a bendable thin-wall hinge 35, and a riding across part 67 for retaining the lower part 36 in a posture connecting to the upper part 34 astride the upper end part 43 of the vertical wall 20 connected to the upper part 34 in a row when joining operation to the upper part 34 is carried out is formed in the lower part 36.
