PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cerebral blood flow measuring equipment capable of precisely performing a cerebral blood flow measurement. SOLUTION: The time change of signal intensity in inner carotid artery and the time change in signal intensity of superior sagittal vein are measured on the basis of a tomographic image taken by magnetic resonance imaging by injecting a contrast medium, respectively (304, 308), and the ratio of the maximum value of time change in signal intensity of inner carotid artery to the maximum value of time change in signal intensity of superior sagittal vein is determined (312). The signal intensity of inner carotid artery is corrected by use of the value of this ratio (314), and an artery input function is determined on the basis of the corrected signal of inner carotid artery (316). The cerebral blood flow measurement based on the tomographic image is performed by use of the carotid artery input function (318).
