<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for biologically treating waste water capable of solving trouble in operation while costs in various business offices including a hotel, a restaurant and a multipurpose building. SOLUTION: Solid raw garbage is crushed by a disposer 1 to <=4 mm particle diameter, combined with dishwater from a cuisine, supplied to an aeration tank 5, degraded by oil and fat degrading microorganisms and supplied to a sedimentation tank 6. In another way, concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank 5 is adjusted to >=0.5 mg/L, and oil and fat degrading bacteria propagated in a liquid culture medium are added to the tank 5. Several oil and fat degrading bacteria having flock forming are adopted as the oil and fat degrading bacteria. A mesh 7 having about 2-4 mm opening for preventing outflow of solid raw garbage is disposed in an outflow part from the aeration tank 5 to the sedimentation tank 6. Raw garbage and waste water of a cuisine can be combined and treated in block.</p> |
