<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for a pressure swing adsorbed gas separator capable of certainly and efficiently reducing power while satisfying the purity and pressure of product gas required by a user when the take-out flow rate of the product gas is reduced from a specification value and capable of operating a compressor in a stable state. SOLUTION: In the operation method for the pressure swing adsorbed gas separator, a pause process is provided between an adsorbing process and a pressure equalization process and between a regeneration process and the pressure equalization process, and the time of the pause process is changed corresponding to the reduction amount of the take-out flow rate of the product gas.</p> |
