PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher which is adapted so that safety in a working field and improved workability may be achieved by lessening the fall and scatter of finely crushed pieces in crushing the thing to be crushed such as reinforced concrete. SOLUTION: The crusher 1 is provided with a fixed cutter part 34 integrated with a body 33, a movable cutter part 35 that is forced to swing in the directions shown by arrows A and B by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and a hopper 2 basically in the form of a box. The hopper 2 is fixed on the body 33. When something is crushed, the movable cutter part 35 is forced to swing in the direction shown by the arrow A and crushes it by the cooperation with the fixed cutter part 34. The crushed pieces fall into the hopper 2. Therefore, crushed pieces such as concrete pieces do not fall onto the working field to achieve improvement in safety in a working field and a facile work leading to an improved working efficiency.
