PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic window such as, for example, goggles which are hardly fogged in a high-humidity environment, and to provide a wiping cloth, wiping paper or the like capable of removing a dirt on a surface of a lens by washing without wearing the surface without damaging the surface of a light transmission plastic plate for a long period to maintain it. SOLUTION: The plastic window comprises the light transmission plastic plate and a frame disposed at the peripheral edge of the plastic plate. The plate contains a simple oxide of a titanium or a composite oxide of a metal containing the titanium, and has an inorganic hard layer having a heat history heated for 15 to 360 min at 20 to 140 deg.C, which hard layer contains a photocatalyst suppressing component for suppressing the photocatalytic activity of the titanium oxide. |
