PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper loading device in a paper post-processing device loading paper ejected from a digital output device on a paper loading plate and transferring the paper in a neatly arranged state to a stacker tray by gripping the loaded paper. SOLUTION: The paper loading device for the paper post-processing device is provided with the paper loading plate 5, a paper transferring means 20 gripping and transferring the paper of a number held by the paper loading plate, and the stacker tray 4 for loading the paper sent from the paper transferring means. The transferring means 20 is provided with a guide side plate 3 provided with a rail groove 3a composed so it can circulate along a paper moving direction and a curved cam 3b in a position near the rail groove, a paper gripping means 21 of operating so as to grip the paper held by the paper loading plate 5 when it is connected with the curved cam part while moving along the rail groove of the guide side plate, and a driving means 22 of driving the paper gripping means 21 so it is circulated along the rail groove 3a.
