SEMI-MOLTEN JOINED BODY AND SEMI-MOLTEN JOINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly join a non-metallic member composed of an indefinite non- metallic material having an indefinite shape and a metallic member composed of an indefinite metallic material, with easy operation without using a special facility and without consuming a large amount of energy. SOLUTION: This joined body is provided with a base material 17 composed of an alloy cooled from semi-molten state and plurality of non-metallic members 16 joined with the base material 17 by pressing in the state of arranging to a single layer on the surface portion of the base material 17 in the semi-molten state. After pressing this non-metallic members 16 into the above base material 17, on the surface applying a surface-working, a part of the respective non-metallic members 16, is exposed so as to form the same surface with the base material 17.
