PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment device capable of preventing an increase in height and area for installation even if an adjuster for controlling a horizontal level is mounted. SOLUTION: The bottom parts of the tanks 10, 20 and 30 used for treating waste water are formed in a squeezed shape, and a mounting part of the adjuster 94 for controlling the horizontal level is provided by using the empty spaces (dead spaces 15 and 35) formed by the squeezed shape.
