COMPOSITE MATERIAL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a composite heat insulating material to which heat insulating capacity and moistureproof capacity are added. SOLUTION: The composite material manufacturing apparatus manufactures the composite material wherein cover layers are laminated on both surfaces of a base layer. The material is equipped with feed passages (22 and 22A) for almost parallelly feeding a base layer, upper and lower coating rollers 25 and 26 for coating the upper and rear surfaces of the fed base layer with hot melt adhesives 23 and 24 supplied from upper and lower supply parts by rotating the rollers reversely, and upper and lower bonding rollers 11 and 12 having the same interval up and down in order to ensure the open times of the hot melt adhesives and bonding cover layers to the upper and rear surfaces of the base layer coated with the hot melt adhesives. Further, the material is also equipped with a temperature regulating heater 20 for preheating the hot melt adhesive in the lower supply part, or on the lower coating roller to regulate the temperatures of the hot melt adhesives applied to the upper and rear surfaces of the base layer to the substantially same temperature.
