A multi-layered body, in particular a multi-layered film is disclosed, comprising a laser-sensitive layer (4, 40) and a recognition element y, a diffraction and/or hologram structure (5b, 5c, 50b), reflection layer (5r, 50r), printed image (5d), or similar, arranged in a second layer (5, 50) and/or in the laser-sensitive layer (4, 40). Said laser-sensitive layer (4, 40) comprises a marking (10, 10x, 10y), generated by laser effect, which is positioned precisely by register relative to the recognition element (5r, 5b , 5c, 5d). The invention further relates to a method for increasing the forger y protection of such a multi-layered body, whereby the multi-layered body is irradiated by means of a laser, such that a laser-induced marking (10, 10x, 10y) is generated in the laser-sensitive layer (4, 40), positioned precisely by register relative to the recognition element. |
