PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed fishing boat capable of reducing resistance received by a bow and a boat bottom, suppressing pitching when navigating, and providing excellent navigation safety in a wavy sea area. SOLUTION: This fixed fishing boat is provided with a spherical projection 2 protruding forward in a bottom part of the bow, and a net suppressing member 4 of a small width made of, for example, a rod member and a plate member such as a pipe and a bar member is provided between a tip of the spherical projection 2 and an upper part 3 of the bow. This net suppressing member 4 forms a net suppressing fringe 6 inclined in the downward direction between the upper part 3 of the bow and the tip of the spherical projection 2. By providing the spherical projection 2 in the bottom part of the bow, resistance is given to the vertical movement of the bow caused by waves to suppress pitching of the boat when navigating, buoyancy corresponding to a weight of a net hoisting machine loaded in the bow is given to a bow part, and the net suppressing fringe 6 prevents the net and wire from being caught by the bow when the boat enters a fishing ground.
