PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device capable of constantly keeping an interval between a conveying means and a static eliminating means, and preventing the attachment of the static eliminating means causing misfeed, even when the static eliminating means is partially dropped. SOLUTION: In this sheet conveying device provided with conveying means 11, 12, 13 in contact with a sheet material for conveying the same, and static eliminating means 21, 22, 23 for eliminating the static of the conveying means 11, 12, 13, the distance direction of the conveying means 11, 12, 13 and the static eliminating means 21, 22, 23 are not in parallel with the displacement direction of the conveying means 11, 12, 13.
