PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying liquid having high oxidation reduction potential in an electrolytic oxidation method of a chloride-halogen coexistent solution. SOLUTION: In the method for oxidizing a leachate in the electrolytic oxidation method of a chloride-halogen coexistent solution, a part of catholyte is drained to increase the current density in anolyte to stably obtain a solution having high oxidation reduction potential.
