PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which mitigates muscular fatigue, etc., in spite of long-term sitting. SOLUTION: A human body is supported by a zonal shape. Then the center position of a load received in a plurality of areas 26 which are symmetrically divided with a center line 24 as a center is made to be in an area out of a back region 22 enclosed with the lower corners of left and right shoulder blades and the upper ends of left and right iliac bones 16 and also a load ratio in each area is made to be <=25% in an area corresponding to the area 28 extended downward from the back region. Thus support pressure is reduced in a lumbar part and also an upper body is stably held so that muscular fatigue is mitigated in the lumbar part.
