PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder axis-added hook attached with a holder for bait at the rear side of the slug of the shaft end of the hook, wherein, by making the holder has bait-holding function, dropout and displacement of the soft bait are prevented, while conventional fishhooks have the bait-holding function from the hook shaft to the hook tip and so dropout and displacement of the soft bait are easily caused. SOLUTION: This hook has much improved bait-holding ability by projecting the holder for bait from the rear side of the slug of the hook and devising form and size of the holder.
