VERTICAL TYPE STEAMER FOR MAKING RICE CONFECTIONERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type rice steamer for making rice confectionery with extremely reduced uneven steaming. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rice steamer is vertically set on the trestle and an inner rotary cylinder is placed inside the cylinder steamer so that the inner cylinder may rotate around the axis of the cylinder steamer. The inner rotary cylinder is equipped with a spiral blade so that the spiral blade may reach the top and bottom parts and the inner wall of the steamer cylinder and a plurality of steam-ejecting holes are bored on the inner rotary cylinder and the spiral blade. Then, the inside of the inner rotary cylinder is divided in the axis direction to provide a plurality of steam-inletting chambers and the blade is made hollow to form the steam stay chamber and the steam stay chamber is communicated to the steam-ejecting holes.
